At Watch the Throne Timepieces LLC, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality luxury timepieces and exceptional service. To ensure your complete satisfaction and long-term peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Service Warranty on all eligible pre-owned watch purchases.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers mechanical defects in the internal movement and workmanship of your timepiece under normal use and conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from the exact date of purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty is strictly limited to internal mechanical functionality and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including drops, heavy impacts, and excessive structural force.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or lack of recommended maintenance.
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear, such as scratches, minor scuffs, dings, or fading of the metal, ceramic, or leather finish.
  • Damage caused by moisture or water infiltration if the watch was not worn, sealed, or secured according to the original manufacturer's explicit water resistance guidelines.
  • Damage or mechanical failure resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, opening of the caseback, or service performed by any third-party watchmakers or service centers.
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of income, or emotional distress.
  • Quartz batteries, unless the watch is actively under warranty and the battery failure is directly tied to an underlying mechanical manufacturing defect.

Our Responsibility

In the event of a validated warranty claim, Watch the Throne Timepieces LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair the mechanical defect or replace the timepiece with a comparable, market-equivalent model using our expert horological network. We will cover the complete cost of insured return shipping for the repaired or replaced watch back to your designated delivery address.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is entirely non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the timepiece directly from Watch the Throne Timepieces LLC.
  • Verifiable proof of purchase (the original sales invoice or digital receipt) is strictly required for all warranty claims.
  • Watch the Throne Timepieces LLC reserves the right to modify or amend the operational terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice.
