At Watch the Throne Timepieces LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and complete confidence in every timepiece we sell. Due to the unique nature and value of luxury watches, all returns are subject to the policy outlined below.
Mandatory Delivery Verification (Unpacking Video Required)
To protect both our clients and our business, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited video while opening your package. The recording should begin before the shipping box is opened, clearly show the shipping label, and capture the complete unpacking process along with the initial inspection of the timepiece. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a missing item, this video may be required to support an insurance claim or resolve the issue promptly.
Return Eligibility
- Inventory Watches: Watches purchased directly from our in-stock inventory may be returned within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date and time.
- Condition Requirements: Returned watches must be in the exact same condition in which they were received. The watch must be unworn, unaltered, free from any signs of wear or damage, and returned with all original boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, links, tags, and protective materials.
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, with a minimum restocking charge of $500 USD. The applicable fee will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items
The following purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:
- All watches personally sourced or procured specifically for a client.
- Any custom, special-order, or client-requested sourced timepiece.
- Any watch showing signs of wear, scratches, sizing, modification, misuse, or tampering after delivery.

If you wish to return an eligible inventory watch, please contact us within the 48-hour return window by:

Our team will provide you with return instructions and assist you throughout the return process.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the watch and arranging fully insured overnight return shipping. Watch the Throne Timepieces LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned timepiece has been received and successfully inspected to confirm it meets the return eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed within five to seven (5–7) business days using the original payment method. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
