At Watch the Throne Timepieces LLC, we understand that secure, rapid, and transparent logistics are essential when acquiring exceptional timepieces. Every shipment is handled with the utmost care, discretion, and security to ensure your watch arrives safely and efficiently.

Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • In-Stock Inventory: All timepieces listed as available for immediate purchase are eligible for same-day shipping. Orders that are cleared through our verification process before our daily shipping cutoff will be dispatched the same business day. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Price on Request / Special Orders: Timepieces labeled as "Price On Request" or "Special Order" are typically shipped within two to five (2–5) business days from the confirmed order date. This timeframe allows us to complete our final inspection and quality assurance process before shipment.

Our Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before any watch leaves our facility, every order undergoes a comprehensive inspection process to ensure it meets our standards.

  1. Inventory Verification: Each timepiece is matched against the original listing to confirm the correct reference, condition, box, papers, accessories, and included documentation.
  2. Final Quality Inspection: Every watch undergoes a final inspection to verify cosmetic condition, functionality, timing performance, and overall presentation before being carefully packaged for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • FedEx Priority Overnight: All domestic orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery possible.
  • Free Domestic Shipping: We proudly offer complimentary overnight shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
  • International Shipping: International shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs vary by destination, with an average shipping fee of approximately $200 USD. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss international shipping options.
  • Fully Insured Shipments: Every shipment is fully insured for its full replacement value from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches its destination.
  • High-Value Shipments: For the security of our clients, all orders valued at $5,000 USD or more are shipped directly to the nearest authorized FedEx Office location for secure pickup. A valid government-issued photo ID and signature are required upon collection. FedEx will hold these packages for up to five (5) days before returning them to us if they are not collected.
  • Signature Required: Every shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery or pickup. Packages will never be left unattended.
